Chinanews, Beijing, March 21 - Though the Chinese government has worked out a big array of policies to suppress the soaring housing price, the average housing price in 70 big and medium-sized Chinese cities increased by 5.3% in last February. The price of new housings in Beijing, Shenzhen and Guangzhou even grew by nearly 10%.
Shenzhen is the focus in the campaign to suppress housing price. However the average housing prices there grew by 12.3% in last February, and the price of new housings leaped by 9.9%. The figure in Beijing was 8,8% and 9.7%.
Obviously, the Chinese government will work harder to solve the problem, which might be the key problem to its goal of building a harmonious society.
