初中生生态主题英语演讲稿Tomorrow will be better

Dear ladies and gentlemen:

It’s my pleasure to stand here to give you the speech, the title of my speech is Tomorrow will be better I hope you will like it and will get something from it.

Earth, our home! It’s the only place for us to live in. I’m sure every body likes the blue sky, the green forests, the clean water, the fresh air and so on. But, where are they now? They are in our dream! The truth tells us the pollution of the environment is very serious. We should do something to protect the environment .Well, let’s image if we don’t protect the environment, what we can see.

The water isn’t clean, but nasty mud, the sky isn’t blue but gare  ,the air isn’t  fresh but dirty, our friend-animals will have no home to live in. we human beings will have to look for the place to live in. But can we find any? No we can’t, we  can’t find any, except desert!

Now, let me tell you a story: long long ago. There were many beatiful and colourful  fishes lived in the river. Among them a kind of blue fishes lived happily .One of the blue fishes would give birth to the baby. She was very worried about it. Because she found the river became dirtier and the water in the river smelt more and more terrible. Some days later, the baby fish was born. At the same time the pollution of the water was more and more serious. Day after day a little fish grew up, one day little fish asked His mother. Mum why the river, our Home is so dirty and nasty mud? I don’t like our home. His mother said sadly, “Human beings harm our home!” with these words the fish died. How do you think of this story?

I think If we do tike this we will see our friends our relatives leave this world. But we can do nothing except waiting for death. Do you want to see this in the future? I think you don’t. So from now on let’s protect our environment. To protect our environment we can do many many things.

Such as

1. Don’t waste the water, because the water is the blood of this world and the power of our lives.

2. Don’t use so many plastic bags, it harm our environment and harm the earth.

3. Plant more and more trees,because trees can clean the air It’s good for our health.

4. Let’s protect the animals around us to keep the blance of nature.

 Any way, I belive if every body can protect the environment nearby ourselves our home, earth will became more and more beautiful! Come on!
